QTT are working in partnership with Achieve Northwest Connect on the NOMS CFO3 programme. Achieve North West Connect is a wholly owned subsidiary of Career Connect delivering the NOMS Co-Financing Organisation/European Social Fund Project; ‘’CFO3’’ across the North West region.
The CFO3 project is receiving up to £18,358,652 of funding from the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme. Established by the European Union, European Social Fund funds help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, skills development, job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations. The award winning team of staff, has a proven track record of delivering NOMS ESF programmes in the region since 2010 with great success. Our dedicated Case Managers, partners and sub-contractors, provide specialist services in offender focussed education, training and employment services (ETE).
Achieve North West Connect delivers intensive case managed support to offenders in a custodial setting and continues this support through the prison gate into the community, as the offender continues on their journey towards gaining employment.
QTT are delivering in a number of locations on behalf of Achieve NW Connect including HMP Garth, HMP Wymott, HMP Liverpool, HMP Manchester and HMP Styal. Courses include warehousing, employability and CSCS training.
